Takipsly – Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Takipsly app (the “App”) developed by Etlik Bilişim. By signing in to the App with your Instagram account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

The App is an independent tool that helps you view the follower and following relationships of your own Instagram account, take actions such as unfollowing, and download posts.

2. Relationship With Instagram

The App is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta, and is not developed, endorsed or supported by them. Instagram and Meta are registered trademarks of their respective owners. You sign in on Instagram’s own login page; your password is never read or stored by the App.

3. Account Security and Risks

Instagram may temporarily or permanently restrict or suspend accounts for security reasons when third-party tools are used. These decisions are made solely by Instagram, and we cannot know the reasons for them. You accept that using the App carries this risk for your Instagram account. Intensive actions in particular, such as bulk unfollowing and repeated scans in a short time, may increase the risk of restrictions. We recommend using the App at your own responsibility and within reasonable limits.

4. Rules of Use

You may use the App only with your own Instagram account and in accordance with the law. Accessing other people’s accounts without permission, and reverse engineering, modifying, copying or misusing the App’s source code or logic, are prohibited. You are responsible for respecting the copyright and personal rights in any content you download. You may not use the App to collect, store, export or commercially use other people’s personal data or follower lists.

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features are purchased through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period you choose until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Subscriptions section of Google Play. When a cancellation takes effect and when subscription access ends are subject to Google Play’s applicable terms. Payments and refunds are subject to Google Play’s terms. A feature temporarily not working because of changes made by Instagram does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the subscription fee; however, you can always write to us with your requests.

6. Provision of the Service

The App is provided “as is”. How the App works depends largely on Instagram; changes made by Instagram may cause some features to stop working temporarily or permanently. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to change, restrict or remove features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Etlik Bilişim cannot be held liable for restrictions or suspensions that Instagram applies to your account, or for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This limitation does not cover liability arising from intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current text is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes means that you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
