Oğuzhan Etlik, Istanbul

Ideas into apps.Apps into products.That’s what I do.

Under the name Etlik Bilişim I publish my own apps on Google Play and the App Store and build mobile apps and websites for businesses.

MyApps.kt
@Composablefun MyApps() {    LazyRow {        item { Hopix() }  // live        item { Takipsly() }  // live        item { FallaAI() }  // soon    }}
BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 1.4s

What I do

For client projects I use the same tools I use for my own apps.

Let’s discuss a project
~/etlik-bilisim

$ etlik --services

  • ./android

    Android apps

    From idea to Google Play with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Sign-in, database and notifications with Firebase; a revenue model with AdMob and in-app purchases.

    • Kotlin
    • Compose
    • Firebase
    • Play Billing
  • ./web

    Websites

    Fast sites without a pile of plugins that look right in search engines. Mobile friendly, easy to maintain and cheap to host.

    • Astro
    • Static site
    • SEO
    • WordPress migration
  • ./support

    Technical support

    Finding and fixing software problems, system setup, Play Console policy warnings and help with store processes.

How a project runs

From the first message to updates on Google Play, you know what happens at every step.

  1. 1

    Kick-off

    I listen to what you want to build, we list the features together and I write down the scope and the timeline.

  2. 2

    Design

    I sketch the screens and the user flow, and get your approval before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Development

    I build with Kotlin and Compose and upload test builds so you can try them on your own phone.

  4. 4

    Launch

    I take the app to Google Play, including the store listing, privacy policy, Data safety form and the review.

  5. 5

    Maintenance

    I keep your app up to date with new Android versions, target API requirements and policy warnings.

About me

Hi, I’m Oğuzhan.

I studied Management Information Systems at Anadolu University and trained in web design and programming. I have worked in software, technical support and research roles at several technology companies.

Today I focus on Android: I publish my own products and maintain them, from Play Console policies to new Android versions. I bring the same care to client projects.

Now: Closed testing of Falla AI

Developer.kt Kotlin
object OguzhanEtlik : Developer {    override val city = "Istanbul"    override val education = "Anadolu University, MIS"    override val focus = listOf("Android", "Web")    override val background = listOf(        "Software",        "Technical support",        "Research",    )    override val apps = listOf(        Hopix,  // on Google Play & App Store        Takipsly,  // on Google Play        FallaAI,  // coming soon    )    override val message = "Got an idea? Let's talk."}

FAQ

It depends on the scope. A simple single-purpose tool ships quickly; an app with sign-in, payments and notifications takes longer. In our first call we list the features together and I send you a written timeline.

Got an idea?

Describe what you want to build in a few sentences. Your message comes straight to me and I reply by email as soon as I can.
