Hopix: Alien Bounce Adventure – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the iOS and Android versions of Hopix: Alien Bounce Adventure (the “Game”), developed by Etlik Bilişim (“we”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License to use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The rules of the store you downloaded the Game from (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply. On iOS, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Account

No account is required to play. Your game data (scores, coins, characters, settings) is stored on your device. If you delete the Game or change devices, this data may be lost; we are not obliged to restore lost game data. You may optionally use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for leaderboards and achievements.

3. Virtual coins and in-game items

  • Coins, characters and power-ups in the Game (“Virtual Items”) can only be used within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or account, or sold outside the Game.
  • You do not own Virtual Items; you are granted only a right to use them within the Game.
  • To keep the Game balanced, we may change the prices, effects and ways of earning Virtual Items.

4. In-app purchases

  • The Game offers coin packs (consumable) and “Remove Ads” (non-consumable). Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details.
  • Purchased coins are used up as you spend them. “Remove Ads” can be restored with the same store account using “Restore Purchases” in the Game (iOS) or automatically (Android).
  • Refund requests are subject to the rules of the store where you made the purchase and must be made directly to Apple or Google. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
  • If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.

5. Advertising

The Game is free and shows Google AdMob ads. Watching rewarded ads is entirely optional. Earning a reward from a rewarded ad depends on the ad being available and watched to completion. Data processing related to ads is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

  • use cheats, automation software, modified (“modded”) versions or other tools that interfere with how the Game works;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, copy, modify or reverse engineer the Game’s code, data or purchase system (except where expressly permitted by law);
  • manipulate leaderboards with fraudulent scores;
  • use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

If we detect a violation of these rules, we may remove fraudulent scores or restrict access to the relevant features of the Game.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, characters, graphics, sounds, music, name and logo, belongs to Etlik Bilişim or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the Game, add or remove features, change the game balance or discontinue the Game. Some features (e.g. daily quests, rewards) may require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with the date at the top updated. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of game data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game. This section does not affect liabilities that cannot be limited by law or your consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you retain any rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent consumer arbitration committees and courts under applicable law.
