Hopix: Alien Bounce Adventure – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information is collected by Hopix: Alien Bounce Adventure (the “Game”), developed by Etlik Bilişim (“we”), on iOS and Android, how it is used and what your rights are.

1. Summary

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data.
  • No account or sign-in is required to play.
  • Your scores, coins, characters and settings are stored on your device.
  • We use services from Google (AdMob, Firebase), Apple and Google Play for ads, analytics, crash reports and purchases. These services process the limited data described below.

2. Information collected and processed

2.1 Game data stored on your device

Scores, collected coins, purchased characters and power-ups, daily quest progress, settings and purchase records are kept only on your device. Deleting the Game deletes this data.

2.2 Installation ID

On first launch the Game creates a random installation ID. It does not identify you personally; it is used to link purchases to this installation and to help with support requests (Settings > Support ID). Only an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of this ID is sent to the stores.

2.3 Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

  • Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics such as screens used, play time, height reached and ad/purchase events; device model, OS version, app version, language/country and app instance ID.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: When the Game crashes, the crash log, device model and OS version.
  • Firebase Remote Config: App instance ID, used to update game settings (e.g. difficulty, ad frequency) remotely.

This data is used to improve the Game, fix bugs and balance gameplay; it is not used to identify you personally.

2.4 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and shows Google AdMob ads. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, advertising ID on Android), IP address, device information and ad interactions to serve, measure and personalize ads.

  • iOS: Your advertising identifier is used only if you allow it in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you don’t, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: You can turn off ad personalization or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads.
  • You can remove ads in the Game with the “Remove Ads” purchase.

2.5 In-app purchases

  • iOS: Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. The Game verifies purchases on the device using Apple’s signed transaction information.
  • Android: Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details. To verify that a purchase is genuine, the purchase token and product ID are sent to our server (Google Firebase), which checks it with Google Play. For fraud prevention and accounting/audit purposes, the order number, product, purchase time, country code and the hashed installation ID are stored.

2.6 Game Center and Google Play Games

If you choose to use leaderboards and achievements, you sign in with Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android. Your player name, scores and achievements are processed by these services and may be visible to other players. These services are subject to Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies.

2.7 Support requests

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to respond to your request.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, for the purposes described:

  • Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Functions, Google Play)
  • Apple Inc. (App Store, in-app purchases, Game Center)

These providers may process data on servers outside your country. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

  • Game data on your device: until the Game is deleted.
  • Firebase Analytics: up to 14 months, according to Google’s retention settings.
  • Crashlytics crash logs: according to Google’s retention periods (about 90 days).
  • Android purchase verification records: as long as required for legal and accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and lodge a complaint.

To request deletion of your data, write to [email protected] and, if possible, include the Support ID shown in the Game (Settings > Support ID). You can also remove all game data from your device by deleting the Game.

6. Children

The Game is rated 9+ but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top updated.
