Falla AI – Account Deletion and Data Removal Request

At Falla AI, we care deeply about our users’ privacy and data security. You can permanently delete the account you created in our app, together with the data linked to it, at any time. You can use either of the two methods below.

Method 1: Delete Your Account in the App (version 1.2.1 and later)

  1. Open the Falla AI app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile page.
  3. At the bottom of the page, tap “Delete my account”, just below “Privacy Policy”.
  4. Read the explanation, enter your password and confirm with “Delete Account”.

Your account will be permanently deleted after 7 days. If you sign in to the app again during this time, the deletion is cancelled and your account stays as it is.

Method 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email with the subject “Falla AI Account Deletion Request” to [email protected] from the email address registered in the app. Your request will be completed within 7 business days at the latest, and your account will be permanently deleted.

Data That Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered:

  • Your account information (full name, email, date of birth, gender, relationship status, zodiac sign, language preference and your profile picture choice)
  • Your reading history, reading photos, questions and feedback
  • Your remaining reading credits and unused gift codes

Gifts you sent to friends that have already been used stay in their accounts; your name is removed from these records.

Data That Is Kept

  • Your purchase records are kept on our secure servers for 5 years after your account is deleted, as required by law, and are deleted automatically at the end of that period.
  • Usage statistics are deleted automatically when the analytics service’s retention period ends.

If You Have a Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. To avoid being charged again, cancel your subscription in the subscriptions section of your store.
